Five ways to get a fish
If an entry will not appear with a rod, it is almost always because it belongs to another method entirely.

The four legendary fish
Each legendary fish needs a specific season and a specific weather event, which means each one has only a few valid days per year. All four sell for 500t.

Shadow size and difficulty
Fish shadows range from small to giant, and the size affects how hard the catch is. Shadow availability shifts with season and weather, so the same spot genuinely does hold different fish on different days.

We have not reproduced the full species table here. Copying a two-hundred-row list without re-verifying each season, weather and location against 1.0 is exactly the failure mode this site exists to avoid — the community wiki linked below is the better source until our own rows are checked.
