Two further candidates
Two more romanceable characters become available through the story rather than from day one. We are not naming them, and we are in good company: the developer’s own website shows all twelve candidates as portraits and leaves exactly these two blank as mystery candidates.
The rest of the town
Fourteen non-romanceable townsfolk — Dell, Dozy, Elsie, Errol, Hemlock, Holt, Henrietta, Josephine, Landen, Luc, Maple, Nora, Olric and Terithia — still matter, because several of them run the shops and hand out the quests. Errol is the museum curator, Elsie sends the Engagement Ring recipe, and Nora and Holt run the General Store.
Saturday Market vendors
Eight further characters — Darcy, Louis, Merri, Stillwell, Taliferro, Vera, Wheedle and Zorel — appear as market vendors rather than residents.
Primary sources
Checked against these public pages. Official sources define confirmed features and status; community sources are labelled as such and used for game data that the developer does not publish directly.
